Gas employees - log in by using the following:
User ID: bcgasdom\username
Password: your regular network password

Electric employees - log in by using the following:
User ID: bc\username
Password: your regular network password

Pipeline
Former Terasen employees - you'll be directed to a new authentication page.
From the Domain drop-down box, select "bcgasdom" and enter your user name and password as usual.

Access Citrix Applications
(including Desktop and Enterprise applications)
Note: A Remote Access Token is required

SECURITY UPDATE: After logging on to Citrix you will be prompted to change your SecurID PIN. Please select a strong PIN of 8 alphanumeric characters.

To access Citrix Applications, enter your login ID
and password, choose a domain name and for the Passcode, enter your remote access token PIN followed by the token access code (no spaces).

Important Access Information
To access your email and employee news portal, follow the prompts and enter your login ID and Password. Vancouver Island employees: Enter your domain name before your login ID, i.e. domain name\login ID. If you have problems, please contact Technology Support at: 412-8743 in the Lower Mainland, or
